Rental Period:
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

Driver's License and Lower Age Limit:
In applications;

At least 22 years of age and a 3-year driver's license for all vehicles,

Usage and Mileage Limit:
There is no mileage limit for rented vehicles (within Antalya province), but we do not rent vehicles outside of Antalya province. Only some special touristic places (Pamukkale or Fethiye...) will charge an extra fee. Please contact us for this. Vehicles can only be used within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.

Traffic Fines:
Any traffic fines and responsibilities that may occur during the contract belong to the tenant.

Insurance:
All vehicles are T.R. It is insured with Traffic Insurance as required by law and also with Private Car Insurance. If the insurance conditions are not met, the responsibility belongs to the tenant.

Points Excluded from Insurance Scope:
Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
Exceeding the specified speed limit,
Moving the vehicle from its location during the accident,
Not taking official reports and documents that have priority within the scope of insurance, such as accident detection report, alcohol report or stolen report,

*Since keys and licenses are portable items, they are not covered by insurance in case they are stolen.

*Tire, glass and headlight damages other than accidents are not covered by insurance.

Fuel

Fuel oil is not included in our prices, the fuel delivered at the level specified in the contract at the beginning of the rental is received at the same level at the end of the rental. For vehicles returned with a missing or empty tank of gasoline, the fuel difference is collected together with the service fee.

Our vehicles are delivered to customers with a certain amount of fuel in such a way that the gas tank warning light does not come on. When returning the vehicle to us, the fuel in it is not refundable.

Additional Driver

If the driver's license is shown and the rental prerequisites are met, 2 drivers can be written into one contract without any fee.

Baby and Child Seat

Baby and child seats can be provided optionally for an extra fee. If you specify it during your reservation, our reservation managers will inform you.

Navigation Device

Some vehicles have navigation, but for vehicles without navigation, an optional extra navigation device can be provided for a fee. If you specify it during your reservation, our reservation managers will inform you.

Out of City Vehicle Delivery

Unfortunately, we do not have out-of-town deliveries. 

Requests for Changes in the Lease Contract

The rental price and booking confirmation given are based on the conditions originally agreed. In cases where it is not possible to operationally meet a change that may be requested under these conditions (the vehicle has a reservation, maintenance mileage is due, etc.), this request may not be met. Even if the change request is accepted, an additional fee may be charged or a refund may not be made for early returns, as this will change the initially determined price calculation. A change in any of the following conditions may change the rental terms. The request for extension of the rental period is received by phone at the first extension and the fee is collected and confirmed by mail order. In subsequent extension requests, the vehicle must be brought to one of our offices and checked.

    Time Difference

Rental period is 24 hours. The vehicle must be delivered at the agreed time. For 1 hour late delivery, an amount of 30% of the daily rental fee may be requested. In cases exceeding 3 hours, a 1-day fee will be charged. Delays in vehicle returns without approval may cause the Insurance Benefit Coverage (Full or Exempt Accident Insurance) to become inactive.

Booking Conditions

Reservations you make through our website are valid under the following conditions:
In case of a request to change the reservation conditions you have made (moving the return date earlier or later, changing the return station, changing the vehicle group, requesting to add an additional driver to the contract), the request may not be met, and if it is met, an additional fee may be requested or a discount on the rental fee may not be made. .

All prices you see on our site include Exempt Accident Insurance, VAT and unlimited mileage. You can get information about your other additional service needs by reading the Price Conditions.

During periods when reservations are busy, all or part of the car rental fee can be requested during the reservation by mail order or account transfer. If the reservation is to be canceled 48 hours or less before the vehicle's delivery date and time, 30% of the total rental fee, not less than one day's rental fee, will be charged as the vehicle reservation fee and the remaining amount will be refunded.

The rental contract will be signed during the rental.

Although it is not a common practice, the selected vehicle brand and model in your reservation can be replaced with an equivalent vehicle.

Although all precautions have been taken to avoid any problems during your travels, in case of a possible need, please call the contact numbers that will be notified to you.

Once you have made a definitive reservation, you will receive a call or a message from our reservations department. You can make your payment by mail order or account transfer from your credit card at the reservation stage, or by credit card or cash when you pick up the vehicle.
